At World Gym Taiwan, four departments ensure open, ongoing dialogue with customers, employees, suppliers and investors. These departments are Customer Service, Employee Relations, Vendor Management, and Investor Relations. Customer Service

Our Customer Service Representatives lead efforts to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction. This team operates our hotline to address customer questions about our facilities, services, and policies. They also conduct customer surveys and questionnaires to ensure we are meeting customer expectations. And thanks to our Customer Service team, we are able to keep a pulse on customer needs so that we can respond and innovate quickly.

Vendor Management

The Vendor Management team establishes metrics for evaluating supplier performance, cost-effectiveness; and, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) impacts. Specialists regularly visit and communicate with suppliers to ensure that we have the goods and services needed to operate professional, healthy and safe fitness centers.

Employee Relations

The Employee Relations department is charged with maintaining a positive and productive work environment for our people. The department helps employees and leadership across the organization to navigate complex human relations issues, uphold occupational safety standards; and, comply with labor laws. By facilitating performance reviews, organizing employee welfare committees, and maintaining an inquiries inbox, the Employee Relations team helps to strengthen overall employee-employer relationships at World Gym.

Investor Relations

The Investor Relations department is dedicated to creating efficient communication between World Gym, its shareholders and the broader financial community. The team provides investors with timely information on our company’s operational performance and strategic business plans. The department also coordinates shareholder meetings, manages an inquiries inbox, and publishes financial reports.
